| 摘 要： | 普通话水平测试是方向性的测试，要做好这些工作，就得处理好行政领导和业务操作的关系，把握试卷的标准，确定合乎现实的合格线，这样才不会影响普遍话水平测试的权威性和正常的测试秩序。
