摘    要:教师的教学创新意识和创新能力在教学实践中得到具体的形成和发展。首先教学管理提供必备环境条件,教师自身积极积累扎实的理论学习知识,在教学实践活动中最大限度地发挥创新教育能力水平。且在总结前人经验的基础上扬长避短,取其精华,并运用到具体的教学中,不断的总结、探求、研究,再进行周而复始的实践。探求和发现既适应现代社会需要又能发挥自身能力培养出复合型人才的新道路及其方法,构建出一套体现教师创新意识和创新能力的具有先进性、实用性、系统的、科学的教育模式。
