| 摘 要： | 信访工作是送上门来的群众工作,是最直接、最具体、最现实、最迫切的群众工作,因此要把信访群众当家人,把群众信访当家事,对群众的利益诉求提起高度的重视,只有这有才能够做好信访工作,才能够真正解决群众的问题。

| Abstract: | The mass petition work is fingertips of the work,it is the most direct,most specifically,the most realistic and most urgent mass work,so we should take mass as family,take mass petition as the housework,pay more attention to the interests of the masses,only that we can do petition work well,and we can really solve their problems. |
