| Abstract: | With neutrality,universality and compulsory,legal regulation contains the integral effect followed by the whole society.To protect the diversity of national culture,the various countries come to a consensus of formatting the national law to regulate the cultural heritage which includes intangible cultural heritage,thus in our country a protective system of intangible cultural heritage should be constituted. |
