| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的深入，素质教育已成为我国高等职业教育改革唱的主旋律。然而我们也看到高职院校在推行素质教育的过程中遇到了一系列的问题，本针对高等职业教育独具的性质，提出高职院校开展素质教育，应从自身的优势和特点出发，抓住高职人才培养的重心和核心，在理论和实践上创造属于自己的特色。

| Abstract: | With fu rther reform of higher eductaion, the quality-oriented education has become the core of vocational and technical education in China. However, there are still m any p roblems in the course of quality education in technical Colleges. This paper pre sents the professional colleges should carry out the quality education according to their characters.They should make good use of their advanages and character s and concentrate on crucial points and the core of personnel training to form t heir own features in theory and practice. |
