大学生社会实践的育人功能研究

本文分为三大部分,第一部分指出了传统大学生社会实践中的问题,反思了育人功能不足的原因;第二部分说明了大学生社会实践的育人功能的体现,着重于从思想素质、身心素质、文化素质以及能力素质四大方面来进行详细论述;第三部分阐述了本文在推进实践育人工作方面的有益尝试与探索,结合大学生社会实践,来引导大学生提升社会责任感,强化价值塑造,弘扬志愿服务精神,服务区域社会,促进学生全面发展。

Research on the Educational Function of College Students'Social Practice

This paper is divided into three parts.The first part points out the problems in traditional college students'social practice and reflects on the reasons for its insufficient educational function.The second part explains the embodiment of the educational function of college students'social practice,focusing on ideological quality,physical and mental quality,cultural quality and ability quality.The third part expounds the beneficial attempts and explorations of this paper in promoting practical education,combined with the social practice of college students,in order to guide college students to improve their sense of social responsibility,strengthen value building,promote volunteer spirit,serve the regional society,and promote their all-round development.
