摘    要:学前教育既是一种启蒙教育,同时也是一种基础教育,可以说是各类教育事业中的重中之重。幼儿教育工作者作为施教者,提高他们的职业素养是改善当前学前教育质量的必要手段。本文旨在探求幼儿教师职业素养现存的问题,并具有针对性地提出如何提高幼儿教师职业素养的方法,目的在于促进幼儿全面发展,并能够为幼儿的成长打下牢固的基础。

A Brief Analysis on the Existing Problems and Training Strategies of Preschool Teachers'Professionalism
Abstract:Preschool education is not only an enlightenment education,but also a basic education.It can be said that it is the most important of all kinds of education.As preschool educators,improving their professionalism is a necessary means to improve the quality of current preschool education.The purpose of this paper is to explore the existing problems of preschool teachers'professionalism,and to put forward specific methods on how to improve preschool teachers'professionalism.The purpose is to promote the comprehensive development of children and lay a solid foundation for their growth.
