| 摘 要： | 目前,我国职业教育处于改革发展时期,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确提出在职业院校启动"1+X"证书制度工作。本文以高职眼视光技术专业为例,探索构建"1+X"证书制度人才培养模式,深化复合型技术技能人才培养培训模式改革,提升学生的职业技能和职业素养,帮助学生掌握一技之长,实现更高质量的就业与创业。

| Abstract: | At present,China's vocational education is in the period of reform and development.The implementation plan of national vocational education reform clearly proposes to start the"1+X"certificate system in higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the optometry major of higher vocational education as an example to explore the construction of the"1+X"certificate system talent training mode,deepen the reform of the training mode of compound technical skills,improve the vocational skills and quality of students,help students master the skills,achieve higher quality and full employment and entrepreneurship. |
