我国高等师范教育的危机略论

随着社会的转型与时代的发展，教育领域也随之发生了深刻的变化，作为培养教育人才的“工作母机”——我国高等师范教育也愈发显示出其弊端，出现了一系列危机：现有师范教育氛围中，学生素质与教育需求的不适应所形成的人才培养质量危机；课程的学术性与师范性欠缺所形成的教学危机；师范性教育职能扩大化所带来的人才培养竞争危机。
