李斯其人其政的儒学色彩

古来学界多有以李斯为法家者。但考诸史实，不管是其学术源流，还是其政治表现，李斯都在很大程度上体现出了儒学色彩。见利忘义的性格特点，导致他在为政过程中犯下了种种错误。秦朝的残暴政策有着深刻的历史原因，不能从表面上据此而将李斯归人法家。

The Confucian Character of Li Si

There has long been a prevalent conclusion that Li Si was a Legalist.While after the investigation into historical facts,we find that the academic sources and political performances of Li Si embodied,to a large extent,Confucian principles.The weakness of trading principle for profits caused his too many wrongdoings.The tyrannical rule of the Qin court had profound historical reasons,and we cannot classify him as a Legalist simply by Qin tyranny.
