| 摘 要： | 在发展中国家,领袖的政治人格与其领导风格紧密相连,进而深刻地影响着一个国家的政治生活,也确定了国家政治权力运行的基调。采用个体研究法,借助于政治社会化的理论和通则对邓小平的政治人格、领导风格和其形成根源进行分析,以此为基础,可以进一步深化对邓小平建设有建设中国特色社会主义理论的理解。

| Abstract: | In a developing country,a leader's political personality and leading style are closely related to each other.They also affect deeply the political life of the country and determine the operation of the political power in that country.Using the case study method and the theory of socialization,the author analyzes Deng Xiaoping's political personality,leading style and their origin.Based on this,it is hoped that we will have a better understanding of Deng Xiaoping's Theory of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
