高住低训法对短道速滑优秀运动员氧自由基的影响

摘    要:采用实验法测定优秀短道速滑运动员高住低训(HiLo)前后氧自由基的变化,研究HiLo对提高短道速滑运动员疲劳恢复的效果和机理;掌握HiLo实施过程中氧自由基在不同暴露期的真实释放情况;认识HiLo时的氧自由基的变化规律,为HiLo应用训练提供应用实验依据。实验结果表明,中等强度训练的低氧暴露能有效提高机体消除氧自由基代谢水平,明显提高短道速滑运动员身体机能和运动性疲劳的恢复水平。

Abstract:By mensurating the change of elite short track speed skaters’oxygen free radical with experimentation of living high-training low training method ( HiLo) ,the article has a research on the HiLo effect and mechanism on improving the skaters’fatigue recovery,the change of oxygen free radical in different periods of HiLo. The purpose is to provide a applied experimental reference of HiLo by understanding the change rule of oxygen free radical in HiLo training period. The results show that the middling intensity training of HiLo can effectively improve the metabolization of oxygen free radical and heighten the physical function and the recov-ery capacity of sports fatigue.
