Abstract:The paper analyses the features and leaving couses for knowledge- oriented staff and then puts forward the measures to keep the staff from leaving:rational positioning of staff's values,mutual developmentof the enterprise and workers,share ofenterprise's profits,creation of free atmosphere and strengthening of training.
