| 摘 要： | 合肥高新区与中关村科技园区相比,经济实力差距明显,创新整体投入不足,技术创新能力亟待加强,管理体制改革缺乏活力,法律环境不完善。但合肥高新区发展很有潜力,可进一步完善和落实合肥高新区的政策法规建设;优化服务环境,推进合肥高新区管理体制改革;加强合肥高新区技术创新体系和创新能力的建设。

| Abstract: | A Comparison meade between them shows Hefei area is backward in terms of capital, the sense of bringing forth new ideas, need in the ability of bringing forth new ideas, etc. But there exists potentiality with Hefei area. The ways of reform can be as follows: improve the construction of regwlarities, better service environment, drive on the reform of management system, etc. |
