完善我国法学专业实践教学的几点思考

经过多年的发展，法学专业实践教学虽取得了一定的成效，但现有法学实践教学环节仍存在缺乏系统性、规范性、科学性以及条件支持等诸多问题。应从创新实践教学理念，强化实践育人意识；完善实践教学体系，改革实践教学内容；加大实践教学投入，建立稳固实习基地；提高教师实践能力，打造“双师型”师资队伍；加强实践教学管理，健全监督考核机制等方面进行改革与完善。

Thinkings of Perfecting Law Practice Teaching

After years of development,law practice teaching has attained a certain degree of success,but the existing law practice teaching there is still a lack of systematic,standardized and scientific conditions,as well as support and many other issues.From the innovative practice teaching philosophy,and strengthen awareness of infertility practice;perfect practice teaching system,the practice of reform teaching content;increase in teaching practice,establishing a solid practical base of teachers practical ability to create "dual-mode" contingent of teachers and strengthening teaching practice management,and improve supervisory and assessment mechanism in areas such as reform and improvement.
