科学发展观与高校教师队伍建设

摘    要:科学的发展观是以人为本的、全面的、协调的、可持续的发展观,它对新时期加强高校教师队伍建设,提高教师素质,提高高校办学效益具有十分重要的指导意义。我们应以科学的发展观来指导队伍建设目标确立;以良好的队伍结构来保证高等教育事业的协调发展,以师德建设为全面发展的基础,注重教师专业发展,促进教师队伍的可持续发展。

Abstract:The conception of scientific development is a human-based, overall, coordinative and sustainable conception of development. It has a very important guiding significance to strengthening the building of college teacher teams, enhancing teacher qualities and promoting college operation efficiency. We should use it to guide the establishment of team building goals so as to guarantee a coordinative development of higher education.
