| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着我国经济转型的加速，就业问题逐渐成为全社会关注的热点。调查显示：江门市劳动力需求旺盛，民营经济成为就业需求的主要增长点，第二产业就业吸纳能力突出。大学生择业应不拘泥于所学专业，拓宽就业面；应摒除地域限制，到需求大的地区择业；且不应抱有过高的薪酬期望。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the employment issue has been a focus of the whole society as China's economic transformation accelerates.The survey indicates that in Jiangmen there is a strong demand for labor and the private sector is the main growth point of employment;the secondary industry has great potential for absorbing labor.College graduates should expand the scope of their employment and not confine their choice to their specialties;they should also free themselves from regional limits and go to places of greater demand;also they should not harbor too high expectations in terms of salaries. |
