| 摘 要： | 简评目前我国高校伙食经营模式的利弊，结合高校伙食社会化要求，努力探讨适应我国高校伙食的“营业额区间最佳量”模型，并保证其科学性和合理性，该模型并具有较大的普通适用性和使用的便捷性。

On Setting up the Best Model to Decide the Turnover of Handling Messing Arrangements in Academies |

| Abstract: | The briefevaluation on the advantages and disadvantages of the model to handle messing arrangements is disscussed here. Allording to the demands of socialized handing messing arrangements in academies,we try to study runing messing in them. The model can secure the characteristics of science and ration, and also can be used. prpularly and conveniently. |
