摘    要:随着中国加入世界贸易组织和全球经济一体化进程的加快,我国企业正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。抓住机遇,迎接挑战,求得发展,完成企业战略目标,关键在于人才,特别是核心员工。文章针对当前国内企业核心人才流失严重、核心竞争力不强等问题,提出了关于解决这两大问题的关键即做好企业员工核心能力的识别,从而构建企业自身的核心员工队伍。

Abstract:With China's entry into WTO and the speeding-up of the globalization,enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunties and challenges.The key to achieve the strategic objects in the course of enterprises development lies in qualified presonnel,especially the core employese.Aimed at the loss of core employese and poor core competition in China's enterprises,the paper points out that it is important to identify the core competence in order to build up a team of core personnel in the enterprise.
