虚拟资本及其与实际资本关系探析

随着市场经济的发展，虚拟资本在经济中的地位与作用越来越重要，虚拟资本有两种主要形态，即以商业票据等存在实物对应的虚拟资本和与实际资本相距较远的投机性强的虚拟资本，虚拟资本的基本特性表现为投机性，虚拟资本运动具有独立性并从两个方面影响实际资本运动，从发展的角度讲，虚拟资本与社会总资本的关系更加密切。

New Research on Fictitious Capital and the Relationship with Actual Capital

This paper is abou t a theoretical analysis on the fictitious capital and the relationship with act ual capital. With the market-economy development, the fictitious capital plays a more and more important role in the economy. There are two ways of fictitious capital in the market-economy: the riskless fictitious capital and the riskful fictitious capital. The cardinal feature of fictitious capital is the gamble. Th e one feature of movement of fictitious capital is independence. In both ways , the movement of fictitious capital affects the movement of actual capital. Wit h the development of economy, the relationship between fictitious capital and t he social general capital in the economy(will become closer).
