固载杂多酸的合成、表征及催化异丙醇脱水反应的活性

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备负载型HPA/MCM-41催化剂,用FT-IR,XRD表征了催化剂的骨架和晶体结构及性能。负载后HPA的酸强度得到了提高,其Keggin结构仍然保持。适量的杂多酸对MCM-41的介孔性质无影响。不同载体与HPA之间的作用不相同。固载化HPA应用于异丙醇气相脱水反应,得到了与表征完全一致的结果。

Abstract:The solid acid catalysts which consist of heteropoly acids H3PW12O40(PW12), H4SiW12O40 (SiW12)andH3PMo12O40(PWo12)supported on a mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 have been prepared by dipping methods. Their structures and properties were investigated by FT-IR and XRD.The results show that the supported heteropoly acids still remain their keggin structure but the acid strength have been improved. Proper HPA loadings are confirmed to be not destructive to the crystalline structure of MCM-41 supporter.The action of different supporters with HPA are not same. We got the coincident results with the endings of characterized when the supported HPA applied to the reaction of isopropanol alcohol in vapor-phase .
