当前中国中小企业发展障碍分析与对策研究

中小企业虽然在飞速成长之中,但每年注册和死亡的中小企业数量都很大,在中国,中小企业的生存和发展。在融资渠道、专业服务、信息渠道和商业环境等方面,都存在着障碍,必须正确地分析,以找到相关的解决措施。

Analysis on Existing Development Obstacles of China Small and Medium Sized Enterprise and Suggested Recommendation

After more than twenty years of the economic reform in China,one of the important outcome is the vigorous development of small and medium sized enterprise(SME).Although the SMEs are growing rapidly,a huge number of SMEs registered and died every year.There are still many difficulties and constraints affecting the development of Chinese SME.Taking the example of Sichuan SME,that representing SMEs of Western China and consequently reflecting the whole country,the author analyzes the obstacles Chinese SMEs are facing,and brings forward recommendations to address these obstacles from four perspectives: access to finance,business development services,access to information,and business enabling environment.
