| 摘 要： | 食品召回制度是保障食品安全的最后一道防线。在发达国家,食品召回制度比较成功地解决了法律陷入保护企业和保护消费者两难境地的问题。但这项制度在我国的实施不是很理想,文章在深刻检讨了其中的原因后,提出了从法律上完善该制度的建议。

| Abstract: | Food recall system is the last line of defense for protecting food safety.In the developed countries,this system successfully solved the legal issues of protecting the enterprises and customers.But in China,it can't be executed very well,so after investigating the reason,this paper gave out some suggestions on the improvement of this system legally. |
