从陕西生姜中提取姜辣素研究

摘    要:针对陕西生产的生姜,采用连续加热的水蒸汽蒸馏法进行了姜精油提取,采用GC-MS进行了分离和鉴定。结果共鉴定出化合物35个,其中发现有4个为陕西生姜所特有的姜辣素同系物:4-(3-氧代丁基)-2-甲氧基茴香醚、4-(3-氧基-4-癸烯基)-2-甲氧基茴香醚、4-(5-羟基-3-氧代十三烷基)-2-甲氧基苯酚和4-(3-氧代十五烷基)-2-甲氧基苯酚。针对从陕西生姜中提取姜辣素的初步研究,拟为陕西生姜的进一步深加工提供技术支持。

Abstract:Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation of a continuous heating,and was isolated and identified by GC-MS for the ginger in Shaanxi.The results show that essential oil contains a total of 35 compounds,of which 4 were found are unique in Shaanxi gingerol.This study will provide the technical support for further processing.
