胰岛素皮下注射技术考核细则在基础护理教学中的应用

临床上很多糖尿病人需要皮下注射胰岛素,但是护理学基础教材中并无此项,实习生在临床工作中面临困惑,带教老师对学生此项操作也不满。通过问卷调查了解到学生对此项操作的校内学习需求迫切,因而制定了胰岛素的皮下注射技术考核细则,在带教班级基础护理教学中进行试行并收到一定效果。考核标准起着方向性的指导作用,体现了完整的护理程序、无菌意识、三查七对原则;同时语言明晰准确,比重合理,便于评分。
