龙岩市民营工业发展问题探讨

进入新世纪,龙岩市民营工业快速发展,已成为当地国民经济的重要支撑。但是也存在企业规模偏小,高新技术、外向型企业少,国家级驰名商标、名牌产品少,企业家队伍素质不高等问题;存在企业现代经营管理水平不高、自主创新研发能力弱、融资困难和外部发展软环境建设相对滞后等制约因素。未来加速推进龙岩市民营工业发展必须重视资本经营、推进企业自主创新、实施品牌战略、实施人才战略、解决企业融资难和进一步优化企业发展软环境。

On development of the non-public industry in Longyan city

In the 21st century,the non-public industry in Longyan city has developed quite fast and it has already become the important support of local economy.But there are still some problems in it,such as the small scale of the enterprises,lacking high-tech and outward-looking enterprises,a shortage of national well-known trademark and products,and low quality of the entrepreneurs.Meanwhile some existing factors restrict the development of the non-public industry,for example,the enterprises don't have enough modern managerial and administrative expertise;their ability of research and development is weak;it is difficult for them to seek financing;the building of the outer soft environment is relatively lagging behind.In order to speed up its development,we must pay attention to the following aspects: valuing capital management,continuing scientific and technological innovations,implementing the brand-name and talent strategy,trying to make seeking financing easy and optimizing the soft environment of the enterprises further.
