依靠科技创新发展石油企业

进入知识经济时代以来，经济全球化进程逐渐加快。世界各国的经济发展越来越依赖于科技创新。由于我国石油资源相对贫乏，同时企业仍存在着生产集中度过低、冗员过多、科技开发实力增长慢等诸多问题，石油企业面临巨大的挑战。为适应国家能源发展战略要求，科技创新已成为石油企业发展的必由之路，笔者认为，科技创新首要在于观念创新，关键在于体制创新，此外还必须加大科技投入和重视人才培养。只有这样，才能加快石油企业科技创新步伐，提高核心竞争力和加速技术产业化，从而促进整个国民经济的全面进步。
