| 摘 要： | 本文对工程项目质量进行了深入的调查研究，并深入施工生产第一线，掌握了质量保证措施的第一手资料，找到了它在施工组织设计中的切入点。建立了施工组织设计质量保证评价体系，又根据系统工程原理和不确定测度概念，确定了施工组织设计质量保证的测算数学模型和计算方法，并建立了质量保证的计算机辅助测算信息系统，此系统可为企业制定并优化项目质量保证措施提供对策和建议。
