| 摘 要： | 艰苦奋斗是西柏坡精神的重要内涵，它不仅是我党不断从胜利走向胜利的重要保证，也是全社会要继承和发扬的宝贵精神财富。今天，要实现可持续发展必须建立节约型社会，节约型社会呼唤节约型校园。要发扬艰苦奋斗精神、建设节约型校园，转变观念是前提，制度建设是保证，节水、节电、节约办公是重点，技术创新是关键。

| Abstract: | Frugality is an important component of Xibaipo spirit, which guarantees the success of CPC as a mental treasure house. It is imperative that a frugal society be constructed with sustainable development. Likewise,a saving campus is desired to preserve proper system and conceptualization, and to save water, electricity and automation office wares. |
