摘    要:以不同浓度的植物生长调节剂(ZLI)处理水稻种子,分别测定其根系活力、淀粉酶活力及可溶性糖的含量。结果表明:不同浓度的ZLI对种子的萌发影响各不相同,当浓度为10-5g/L时,种子的根系活力、淀粉酶活力均明显提高,可溶性糖含量稍有下降。说明ZLI是一个剂量因子,浓度为10-5g/L可以促进种子的萌发。

Abstract:To study the physiological effects of exopenous ZLI,the rice seed were treated by different concentration before germination.The result showed that different concentration has different effects and root vitality,amylase activities were improved when soluble sugar content was descend.So ZLI is a dosage factor and can accelerate seed germination.
