本文论述了公司组织中信息领域涉及问题的特点，在此基础上，讨论了对公司组织中信息系统的认识、信息系统在企业组织中的作用，以及信息系统与知识管理的相互关系。文中提出了：公司组织的信息系统依附于、融于组织系统，认识公司的信息系统就需要认识公司的组织系统；企业中信息的利用过程就是信息向知识、技能转化的过程；在知识管理的思想中，现代信息系统是其实施的重要手段。
