| 摘 要： | 中国社会转型时期健康城市建设的基本路径是:政府主导,多元主体合作,以项目设计、实施与管理为载体,因地制宜地进行社会动员,多措并举地诊断城市健康问题,统筹兼顾地出台健康的公共政策,有的放矢地开展健康促进。

| Abstract: | The basic tactics and ways of building a healthy city in the period of social transformation in China are:we should stick to government's leadership,make multiple cooperations,take project formulation,implementation and management as the carrier,mobilize social resources as circumstances permit,diagnose the city healthy problems,establish public health policies by all-round consideration,and develop health promotion with a clear goal. |
