加强高校职教师资专业道德教育途径初探

随着“入世”在即,中国职业教育面临巨大的发展机遇,职教师资的现状远远不能适应。然而,由于受市场经济条件下利益观念的影响,专业思想不稳定是导致职教师资业毕业生流失的主要原因,如何开展专业道德教育是职教师资专业学生“热爱职教,献身职教”的关键。本试从教育内容、教育对象、教育关系三个方面入手,探讨加强职教师资专业道德教育的途径。
