我国中小学教师教育惩戒行为与能力的实证研究

摘    要:教育惩戒是针对学生不合范行为的否定性制裁,本质在于教育性。基于我国1034位中小学教师的实证研究表明,教师教育惩戒以言语教育为主,教育目的达成度不高,教师教育惩戒存在两难境地。教师教育惩戒能力较强,不同类型教师的教育惩戒能力不存在显著差异。教师教育惩戒能力受到价值感知、法律支持、校长支持和家长支持的共同影响,价值感知对教师教育惩戒能力的影响显著高于其他影响因素。教师教育惩戒行为的规范和教师教育惩戒能力的提高有赖多方协同教育惩戒体系的构建,具体而言包括政策保障、学校制度建设和家长支持三个方面。

Abstract:Education punishment is a kind of negative sanction to student’s improper behavior,its essence lies in education.Based on an empirical research of 1034 primary and secondary school teachers in China,it shows that verbal education is the main way of teacher’s education punishment,but the achievement of educational goals is low,so teacher’s educational punishment is in a dilemma.Teachers have strong ability of education punishment,and there is no significant difference among different teachers.What’s more,value perception,legal support,principle support and parental support jointly influence teacher’s ability of education punishment.The effect of value perception on teacher’s punishment ability is significantly higher than that of other influencing factors.Standardizing teacher’s punishment behavior and enhancing teacher’s punishment ability depend on the construction of a multi-collaborative education punishment system.This system includes policy guarantee,school system guarantee and parents support.
