订单式培养模式下校企文化互动的实践与思考——以扬州环境资源职业技术学院生物技术及应用（制药工程）专业为例

随着我国高等职业教育的迅猛发展，实行工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习的人才培养模式逐步成为高职院校在发展过程中大力提倡的办学模式。在校园文化建设中，怎样融入优秀的企业文化，对高职教育提高办学质量以及实现人才培养目标具有十分重要的意义。近三年，杨州环境资源职业技术学院生物技术及应用（制药工程）专业在订单式培养的实践中校企文化互动进行了探讨，形成了校企文化互动的有效途径和方法。

Application and Thoughts on Cultural Interaction between College and Enterprise under ETO Model(Based on the Biological Technology and Application Major of Yangzhou Vocational College of Environment and Resources)

With the rapid development of Higher Education, the Modes of ＂work - integrated learning, college - enterprise cooperation and internship＂ have been commonly advocated. It is of vital importance that the excellent corporate culture is mixed with the campus culture, thus enhancing the educational quality and achieving the goals of cultivating talents. In the recent three years, Yangzhou Vocational College of Environment and Resources are doing some work in this regard.
