信息化时代湖南产业结构演进特征及优化对策

湖南工业职能相对弱化，第三产业职能增强，并开始成为主导产业；湖南信息产业虽有较大发展，但信息产业内部发展不平衡。在信息密集服务业内，生产性服务业发展水平比社会性服务业低，在信息技术产业内，邮电通信占较大优势。在此基础上，提出了湖南信息产业发展的具体措施和对策。

On Hunan''''s Industrial Structure Evolution in Info-era and the Sollution

This article analyzes the evolution tendency of industrial structure and the present level of information industrialization in the following aspects. Firstly, the industrial structure adjustment of Hunan Province was done three times during the past years, which generally conformed to the normal orbit of the industrial structure evolution. The evolution has resulted in a decrease infunction and in its ranking position as well. Secondly, although the information industry has got an advance, the development in this industry itself is not in balance. In the info-intensive service trade, the productive service has got a lower advance than the social service, and in info-tech industries, post and telecommunications and communication equipment enjoys superiority. Therefore countermeasures must be taken to promote the process of information industry.
