以知识产权融资促进知识成果产业化

我国已经成为世界专利申请大国,但专利技术和发明创造的产业化程度与发达国家相比比例很低,技术发明人创业难、融资难是其间的重要原因,这也是制约我国技术创新和科技进步的瓶颈性障碍。尽快完善我国的知识产权融资制度,加大金融支持企业自主创新的力度,形成知识产权产业化的良好金融环境,对于加快自主创新成果的转化,促进我国经济长期稳定发展具有重要意义。知识产权融资的主要形式有:知识产权作价入股、知识产权抵押贷款、知识产权信托和知识产权证券化。完善法律制度,建立健全知识产权评价制度,进行金融体制创新,完善知识产权交易平台,才会促进我国知识成果产业化的发展。

Promoting Industrialization of Intellectual Fruits through Intellectual Property Right Financing

Although China has been one of the biggest countries in the world where plenty of patents have been applied, the industrialization of patents and inventions is rather limited compared with developed country. The difficulty of entrepreneurship and financing for inventors is the most important reason; also it is a constraint for technological innovation and development in China. Improving IPR financing institution, enhancing financial sustentation of independent innovation and building up favorable financial circumstance for industrialization of IPR, have profound meanings for accelerating the transformation of independent innovation fruits and sustaining long-term stabilized development of Chinese economy. The main forms of IPR financing consist of IPR discounted as stock, IPR mortgage loan, IPR trust and IPR securitization. Enhancing legal institution, establishing evaluation system of IPR, implementing financial institutional innovation, and improving IPR transaction platform will promote industrialization of intellectual fruits in China.
