| Abstract: | The trade export control to China by developed countries has been seriously affecting the rapid and free development of our country's economy and technology.However,the systemic research on the export control to China is scarce.It researched deeply and systemically the system of export control,characteristic,problems in China,countermeasures of macroscopical policies,the methods of appraise and decision-making about the controled technic fields based on the theory of the technological supervision. |
