| Abstract: | This thesis states the secularized tendency of Buddhism in Thailand in modern times. There are three expressions of it. The first one is the politicalization of Buddhism. The second is the modernization of Buddhist education. The third is that the reformation movements of Buddhism are constantly emerging. The Buddhist monks try to construct a new way of life and system of value. |
