潮州市公众环保意识总体评价与影响因素分析

为有效提升公众的环保意识,更好地开展环境保护工作,推动潮州创建＂全国文明城市＂,以潮州市区公众为研究对象,利用问卷调查法,从环保认知、环保态度、环保行为和环保工作满意度4个方面对潮州市公众的环保意识进行综合评价,并应用SPSS统计软件进行交叉列联分析、卡方检验与相关分析,探讨潮州公众的环保意识影响因素.结果表明：环保态度的得分最高,环保工作满意度的得分最低;进行相关分析后确定4个人口统计学变量对环保意识的影响强弱顺序如下：受教育程度〉性别〉年龄〉职业;在此基础上提出构建以强化公众环保意识为主体,加强政府宏观引导及管理职能,积极推进企业社会责任化,大力发展民间环保组织的环境保护体系.

Evaluation of Public Environmental Awareness of Citizens in Chaozhou and Influence Factor Analysis

In order to improve the level of public environmental awaraness and promote the constructionof ＂National Civilized City＂ in Chaozhou, we carry out a research on environmental awareness of residents inChaozhou City by questionnaire survey method. Environmental awareness has been divided into four aspects：knowledge of environmental protection, environmental protection attitude and behavior, satisfaction to govern-ment environmental behaviors. Crosstabulaion, chi-square tests and correlation analysis are employed by usingSPSS statistical software in this paper. Results show that： among four aspects, the attitude of environmental pro-tection gets the highest score, but the government environmental behaviors assessment gets the lowest; correla-tion analysis reveals the degree of influences of four demographic variables in a descending sequence： educa-tion levelsexageoccupation. Last, the paper proposes that government should improve environmental levelof Chaozhou in such four aspects as improving personal environmental awareness, strengthening governmentguidance and management functions, promoting social responsibility of enterprises and developing non-govern-ment organizations.
