试论民族院校的特殊使命

文章从现代大学使命的内涵、实现大学使命的要素以及大学使命管理的理念出发,基于民族院校的特殊性,提出了民族院校负有服务党和国家民族工作大局,服务少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展,更好地推进民族地区的小康社会建设,促进民族团结、实现共同进步,构建社会主义和谐社会和实现中华民族的伟大复兴的特殊使命的命题,以及履行特殊使命的基本途径和努力方向。

On Special Missions of Ethnic Universities

This paper elaborates on connotation of missions of modern universities,basic elements to realize the missions and administration concept of the missions.Based on special characteristics of ethnic universities,it points out that ethnic universities shoulder the special missions to serve the ethnic work of the party and the state,serve economic and social development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions,help build up a well-off society in ethnic regions,promote national unity,realize mutual progress,construct a socialist harmonious society and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.It also makes suggestions on ways and direction to fulfill those special missions.
