关于完善内地边疆班(校)办学模式的思考

摘    要:当前内地边疆班(校)有独立建校式、合校混合式、择优插班式、散插混合式等办学模式。各办学模式均有其优势与劣势。内地边疆班(校)存在课程设置与文化差异、管理模式与人才培养、应试教育与人才需求、培养目标与政策执行环节等方面的冲突,因此建议创新办学模式、提升教育目标、更新教育理念、完善教育体制,为边疆地区培养真正需要的人才。

Abstract:School running models of class(school) of students from border areas in the hinterland include types of independent school,mixed school,class of excellent transferred students and class of mixed students.Each type has both advantages and disadvantages.Class(school) of students from border areas in the hinterland face conflicts between curriculum setting and cultural differences,between management and talents training,between exam-oriented education and talent demand and between training goals and policy implementation.Therefore,it is suggested that efforts should be made to innovate school running model,enhance education goals,change education concept and optimize education system to cultivate talents for border areas.
