现阶段我国私营经济认识问题四问

现阶段我国的私营经济(亦称“民营经济”)本质上属于资本主义性质,它的作用是双重的而不是单向度的,私营经济的利润中包含剥削的成分但不能归结为剥削,私营经济等非公有制经济的发展应当有一个最终的比例界限才能符合社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度。这些都是我们所无法绕开和回避的根本理论问题和重大实践问题。

Four Questions on Recognition of the Present Private Economy in Our Country

At present the private-economy(individually-owned economy)belongs to capitalist economy in nature.It works in a bidirectional way,not one direction.The profit of the private-economy contains the elements of exploitation,yet we can not simply say it is exploitation.The development of the private-economy(including other non-public economy)should have a bottom line on proportion,otherwise it can not accord with the basic economic system of the primary socialist period.These are basic theoretical issues and important practical isuues we can not blench.
