时代、环境与人的深刻变化，需要思想政治工作的创新，需要从现代科学的发展等方面充分认识思想政治工作的科学性；思想政治工作的目的与任务需要坚持育人与治事的统一，而又以人的发展为根本；“传家宝”与“生命线”取决其自身导向，动力和树人的价值；思想工作应当十分重视思维品质的提升与思想方法的优化；理论联系实际强调论理必透、务实必真、互动发展；方式方法坚持与人与事与时俱进，据实，权变，创新；体制应当坚持一元领导，多元主体，渠道需作结构性优化，时效来源于新、准、快的信息观；队伍与素质的建设应视为一种可持续发展的战略抉择。

New Thoughts on Some Problems in Ideological Work

Fast changes in time, environment and people need new concepts in ideological work. The value of ideological work should be fully heeded from the aspects of the progress of modern science. The aim and purpose of ideological work should include the education of people as well as the administration of state affairs. Among these two, the former is of first importance. In doing ideological work, the improvement of human quality and the optimization of methods of thinking ; should be taken seriously. The construction of human quality and that of personnel matters should be regarded as a strategy of sustainable development.
