| 摘 要： | 经济发达地区在中等职业技术教育的基础上发展高等职业技术教育，必须更新教育理念，拓宽发展思路，坚持教育创新，积极开展国际交流与合作，加快我国高等职业技术教育的改革发展，为我国产业结构调整和制造业基地建设，开辟国际就业新渠道，实现城市化和小康社会发展目标，提供人力资源保证。

| Abstract: | If we want to develop higher vocational and technical education based on secondary vocational and technical education in developed areas, we should renew our educational view, expand developing line of thought, stick to the innovation in education, promote the international cooperation, speed up the development of higher vocational and technical education and supply the guarantee of human resources for the adjustment of industrial structure, the creatation of new international channel to employ, reach the aim of constructing well-off society in all-round way. |
