| Abstract: | The essay first puts forward the significance of the assessment for administration officers.Through analyzing the current situation of assessment system for administration officers in higher school,the essay points out the insufficiency of them,then gives some principles on improving the assessment system for administration officers in high school.On the basis of the former analysis, the author gave us some theoretical thinking on how to perfect the assessment system for administration officers in Higher School. |
