| Abstract: | With applying Data Envelopment Analysis( DEA) technique,models were built for testing the transferring efficiency of regional science and technology to production. And the models were tested by cases in Zhejiang Province. The results of the models were applied to do vertical and horizontal comparison among regions,and good explanation proved the models. |
