模块化分工下知识员工利他行为激励的博弈分析

摘    要:运用静态和动态博弈模型分析了报酬契约下的囚徒困境与隐性契约下的合作均衡,说明了隐性激励才是激励知识员工利他行为的有效方法。在模块化分工条件下,知识体系分解为相对简单、小型的独立模块,使小型长期的合作团队成为独立的企业基本知识活动单位,从而有利于促进知识员工的利他行为。

Abstract:The author analyzes the "prisoner's dilemma" under the condition of reward contract and "cooperative equilibrium" under the condition of tacit contract separately,draws the conclusion that tacit inspiration is the efficient way of inspiriting knowledge staffs.Knowledge system decomposes into relatively simple,small and independent module,and small,extended cooperating teams turn into independent unit of knowledge activity,which helps to promote knowledgeable employees' altruism behaviors.
