影响潮汕地区人才观念的文化因素及对策研究

摘    要:潮汕地区近年来发展缓慢,与人才相对匮乏不无相关,当地相对滞后的人才观念是造成这种现状的直接原因。潮汕文化的劣根性是导致产生这种人才观念的主要因素,只有在政府的引导下,通过政策推动、宣传发动等手段,推动潮汕文化的创新,才能进而推动当地的人才观念的更新,从而吸引和培养更多优秀人才,实现经济的振兴。

Abstract:Development in Chaoshan Areas has been in a slow trend in recent years,which will be closely related to the lack of qualified personnel.The direct cause is the lagging concept of qualified personnel,which is brought about by dregs in Chaoshan culture.Only under governmental guidance,promotion in policy and publicity,innovation in traditional culture,could the concept of qualified personnel be able to be renewed,could qualified personnel be attracted and cultivated in larger number and could the local economy be developed.
