论司法介入中国足球的界限

中国足球曾经是公众关注的焦点,但近年来不断发生的假球、黑哨等丑闻严重损害了中国的国际形象和中国足球的商业价值。如何拯救逐渐走向崩溃的中国足球成为了体育理论界刻不容缓的问题。本文认为只有司法的介入才可以遏止目前猖狂的假球、黑哨等,使公众重新建立对中国足球的信任,挽救中国足球。但是基于体育运动的特殊性,本文同时认为司法介入体育不是无限度的,探讨出司法如何中国足球,才可以保证既挽救中国足球,同时也不会因为司法的过度介入而制约中国足球的发展。有很重要的现实意义。

Discussion on Degree of Judicial Interference to Chinese Football

Chinese football has been the public focus at one time. However, during the recent years, the scandals such as black whistle and soccer fraud have severely damaged China's international image and commercial value of Chinese football. How to revive the Chinese football towards to collapse is the urgent issue in the sports theoretical field. This paper concludes that only the judicial interference can hold back the rampant phenomena and reestablish the credibility of the game. Based on the particularity of the game, the judicial interference is by no means without limit. How the judicial interference retrieves the Chinese football without limiting its development which has great significance.
